The Nutritional Clinical Studies Platform is a unique research infrastructure in Canada for conducting large-scale clinical studies in nutrition and health. The uniqueness of the platform lies, among other things, in the ability to carry out all stages of a human nutritional clinical study within a single physical location. The platform is equipped with modern facilities (sampling room, metabolic kitchen, dining room, evaluation rooms, consultation rooms) and highly qualified professional staff, enabling the simultaneous execution of multiple projects.
