Human data biobank, transcriptomics, genomics, proteomics, immunoserologie, metabolomics, PBMC, serum and plasma, Long COVID

Area of expertise

The BQC19 is a pan-provincial project that collects, stores, analyzes and shares data and blood samples from patients with COVID-19. The various waves of SARS-CoV-2 infection and longitudinal follow-up over 2 years have established a significant collection of data and biological samples to study various issues related to COVID-19, such as long COVID.

Services offered

The BQC19 advocates an open science model. All our data and samples are available. Upon approval of a request for access to data and/or biological material, it is possible to obtain clinical data from over 6,000 patients with longitudinal SARS-CoV-2 post-infection follow-ups, and to access over 53,000 blood samples. The BQC19 has also analyzed thousands of samples, and the results of multi-omics analyses are also available.
